About Halaqah

Halaqah is a structured halaqah management platform built for musyrif, musyrifah, and daris. It provides a centralised space to study kitab, track reading progress, and manage study circles with clarity.

The platform offers four-layer transliteration — Arabic tashkeel, unvocalized Arabic, Latin transliteration, and English translation — so every daris can follow along regardless of their Arabic proficiency.

Musyrif and musyrifah can create and manage their own halaqah, assign daris, set reading targets, and monitor weekly progress. Daris see their assigned kitab, current position, and targets from day one.

Our Mission

We believe structured access to tsaqafah materials — with proper transliteration and progress tracking — removes barriers to consistent reading. Halaqah makes it easy for both instructors and students to stay on track.

How It Works

Create — A musyrif or musyrifah sets up the halaqah and invites daris. Men's circles are led by musyrif, women's by musyrifah.

Study — Daris read kitab with transliteration and translation. Mark sections as completed as they progress.

Track — Musyrif monitor progress and set reading targets for each daris. Everything is visible in one dashboard.
